Possible Causes
Warped or damaged fan blade, Fan blade contaminated with heavy grease on one side, Missing or hardened rubber feet, Loose internal mounting screws
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before handling.
Stability checks:
- Ensure the air fryer is on a flat, stable surface.
- Inspect the bottom rubber feet; replace any missing or hardened feet with compatible T-fal rubber feet.
Fan balance:
- Access the top fan assembly.
- Clean the fan blades thoroughly to remove uneven grease buildup.
- Inspect the fan for cracks or warping; replace the fan blade if damaged.
- Tighten all mounting screws for the fan motor and internal panels.
After reassembly, test the unit. If vibration persists, the fan motor shaft may be bent and the fan motor should be replaced.
