Possible Causes
Fan not running at full speed, Blocked air vents, Cooking temperature set too high, Basket overloaded or food stacked too thick
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use oven mitts when handling hot baskets.
Usage adjustments:
- Reduce cooking temperature by 10–20°C (25–35°F) and increase time slightly.
- Arrange food in a single layer with space between pieces.
- Shake or flip food halfway through cooking.
Airflow checks:
- Ensure the fan is running strongly; if airflow seems weak, inspect and clean the convection fan and vents.
- Clean any grease or debris from the top mesh and exhaust vents.
If fan performance is poor despite cleaning, the fan motor may be failing and should be replaced.
