E10 appears and the unit shuts down, often accompanied by very high internal temperature or smoke.

Immediate safety: Unplug the air fryer at once. If you see flames, do not open the drawer; smother by unplugging and, if safe, covering vents with a damp (not dripping) cloth. Call emergency services if fire persists.

• Allow to cool: Do not touch or open the unit until it has cooled completely.
• Inspect for damage:
  • Once cool, remove the basket and pan.
  • Check for melted plastic, charred food, or burnt wiring smell.
• Clean thoroughly: Remove all grease buildup from the pan, basket, and accessible interior surfaces. Built-up grease can ignite.
• Check fan operation: On next use, run the unit empty at low temperature and confirm the fan runs continuously. If the fan does not run, do not use the fryer until repaired.
• Professional inspection: If any internal parts are deformed or wiring is damaged, have the unit inspected by a qualified technician before further use.
