Air fryer drawer is difficult to insert or remove, or gets stuck.

Safety first: Allow the unit to cool before forcing the drawer.

• Remove and inspect: Carefully remove the drawer and basket. Inspect the side rails and bottom guides for burnt-on food or grease.
• Clean rails: Wipe the rails and guides with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Remove any hardened residue that may obstruct movement.
• Check for warping: Look along the length of the rails for bending or warping. Slight bends can sometimes be gently straightened; severe warping may require drawer replacement.
• Inspect latch: Ensure the latch mechanism on the drawer and the catch in the housing are not broken or misaligned.
• Replace drawer assembly: If the drawer remains difficult to insert or remove after cleaning and minor adjustments, replace the drawer/basket assembly with a compatible Tower part.
