How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the unit to cool before cleaning spilled grease.
- Inspect pan and basket:
- Remove and examine for cracks, holes, or warping.
- Check any silicone or rubber gasket around the pan edge.
- Correct usage:
- Do not add large amounts of liquid oil directly to the pan unless specified by Tristar.
- Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Replace parts: Replace the cooking pan or gasket if damaged. Ensure the pan is fully seated before operation.
