Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on main PCB, Faulty power cord, Loose connection at power entry terminal block, Failed main control PCB power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before any disassembly. Do not bypass safety fuses.
- Check outlet and cord: Test the outlet with another appliance. Inspect the Ultima Cosa power cord for damage. Replace the cord if any cuts or burns are present.
- Inspect internal fuse: Remove the rear cover and locate the inline fuse or PCB-mounted fuse near the power entry. Check continuity with a multimeter. If blown, replace with the same type and rating.
- Check terminal block: Ensure all screws at the power entry terminal block are tight and there is no discoloration.
- Control board: If the fuse is good and power is present at the board input but there is no display, the main control PCB power supply is likely failed and the board should be replaced.
If the new fuse blows immediately, there is a short circuit that must be diagnosed before further use.
