Air fryer trips the household circuit breaker or GFCI when starting.

Safety first: Do not repeatedly reset a tripping breaker. Unplug the unit and keep it unplugged until the fault is found.

• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, crushed sections, or exposed conductors. Replace the cord if damaged.
• Check for moisture: If the unit was recently cleaned or exposed to steam, allow it to dry in a warm, dry place for 24–48 hours before retesting.
• Test heater to chassis: With a multimeter, check for continuity between each heater terminal and the metal chassis. Any continuity indicates a ground fault and the heater must be replaced.
• Inspect control board: Look for burnt components or carbon tracking on the PCB. Replace the main control PCB if damage is found.
