Basket drawer is difficult to insert or remove; may scrape or jam.

• Clean tracks: Remove the basket and clean the side rails and bottom guides of crumbs and grease.
• Inspect for bending: Check the metal rails on the basket and inside the cavity for bends. Gently straighten with pliers if needed.
• Check basket shape: Place the basket on a flat surface to see if it rocks. Replace the basket if warped.
• Inspect front housing: Ensure the front opening is not deformed from impact or heat. Minor warping can sometimes be corrected by carefully adjusting the metal frame.
