Buttons on the touch panel respond intermittently or require very hard presses.

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before working on the control panel.

• Clean surface: Wipe the panel with a soft cloth and mild cleaner to remove grease and residue.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Access the back of the panel and reseat the ribbon cable between the touch panel and main PCB.
• Inspect for cracks: Examine the touch PCB for hairline cracks, especially near mounting screws. Replace the panel if cracked.
• Panel replacement: If certain keys remain unreliable, replace the entire touch control panel assembly.
