Possible Causes
Shorted or incorrect NTC sensor, Sensor not in proper location, Stuck heater relay on main PCB, Miscalibrated control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and cool the unit before inspection.
- Verify sensor mounting: Ensure the temperature sensor is firmly attached to the cavity and not touching the heater directly.
- Test sensor: Measure sensor resistance at room temperature and compare to specifications. Replace if out of range.
- Check heater relay: On the main PCB, listen for the heater relay clicking on and off during operation. If it appears stuck on (constant heat), replace the main control PCB.
- Do not use until fixed: Overheating can be a fire risk; discontinue use until the fault is corrected.
