Safety first: Unplug the unit before cleaning.

• Deep clean: Wash the basket and drawer thoroughly. Wipe the interior cavity with warm soapy water (avoid soaking electrical components).
• Clean hidden areas: Use a soft brush to clean around the heater guard and fan shroud.
• Deodorize: Run the unit empty with a small dish of water and lemon slices in the basket at 180°C (356°F) for 10–15 minutes, then let it air out.
• Store dry: Leave the drawer slightly open when storing to allow ventilation.
