Ultrean
Extended Cool-Down Fan Operation
Air fryer continues to run the fan for a long time after the cooking cycle ends.

Possible Causes
High internal temperature requiring cool-down, Temperature sensor reading high, Firmware design for extended fan run, Stuck relay on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: This behavior is often normal, but verify it is not excessive.
Steps to evaluate extended fan run:
- Observe duration: Many Ultrean models run the fan for several minutes after cooking to cool internal parts. If it stops within 10–15 minutes, this is typically normal.
- Check placement: Ensure vents are not blocked; poor ventilation can prolong cool-down.
- Sensor check: If the fan runs indefinitely and never stops, the temperature sensor may be reading too high. Inspect and replace the NTC temperature sensor if necessary.
- Relay issue: A stuck fan relay on the main control board can also keep the fan running; replace the main control board if the fan never shuts off.
Note: Do not unplug the unit immediately after cooking every time; allowing the fan to cool the unit can extend component life.
