Air fryer display shows incorrect temperature or time compared to settings; settings change by themselves.

Safety: Unplug the unit before cleaning or disassembly.

Steps to correct erratic settings:

• Clean panel: Wipe the touch panel or control knob area with a dry cloth. Ensure no moisture or grease is bridging contacts.
• Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then plug back in and test.
• Check knob (if present): If your Ultrean model uses a rotary knob, ensure it is not loose or wobbling. Tighten the mounting nut if accessible.
• Panel/board replacement: If settings still jump or change on their own, replace the touch control panel assembly. If the issue persists, replace the main control board.

Note: Avoid using wet fingers on the touch panel; this can cause false touches.
