Air fryer starts then shuts off randomly before the timer ends; display may go blank and then come back.

Steps to address intermittent shutoff:

• Open base: Remove the bottom cover and inspect the AC input terminals, fuse holder, and wiring for looseness or discoloration.
• Check PCB for cracks: Examine the main control board for cracked solder joints, especially around the power connector, fuse, and large components. Reflow solder if you are qualified, or replace the board.
• Ventilation: Ensure vents are not blocked; overheating can cause thermal protection to cut power intermittently.

Warning: If you see burnt areas or smell burning electronics, discontinue use and replace the main control board.
