Possible Causes

Cooking high-moisture foods without adequate ventilation, Damaged door/basket seal, Blocked steam exhaust path, Cold ambient temperature causing condensation on panel

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Wipe away moisture promptly to avoid slipping or electrical issues.

Steps to reduce condensation:

  • Improve ventilation: Operate the fryer in a well-ventilated area. Avoid placing it under cabinets where steam can condense.
  • Check seals: Inspect the basket rim and any silicone or rubber seals for damage or gaps. Replace worn seals if available as spare parts.
  • Clean exhaust: Ensure the rear/top exhaust vents are clear of grease and debris so steam can exit properly.
  • Ambient conditions: In very cold rooms, some condensation on the front panel is normal. Wipe it away and avoid directing steam toward the control panel.

Warning: If moisture appears inside the display or behind the control panel, discontinue use until the unit is dry and inspect for seal failures.
