Safety first: Unplug the unit before opening the control panel.
- Step 1 – Confirm basket insertion: Ensure the basket/drawer is fully inserted and latched. Remove and reinsert firmly.
- Step 2 – Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes, then plug back in and attempt to start a simple manual cook cycle.
- Step 3 – Test other buttons: If other buttons respond but Start does not, the touch control panel may have a failed key.
- Step 4 – Inspect panel connections: Remove the front fascia and reseat the ribbon cable between the touch panel and main control board.
