How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before inspection. Use caution to avoid burns.
- Step 1 – Check clearance: Ensure at least 10 cm (4 in) of space around the unit and that it is not under low cabinets.
- Step 2 – Inspect vents and fan: Clean all vents and verify that the convection fan is running properly.
- Step 3 – Inspect heat shields: Remove the cover and check that internal metal heat shields are in place and not bent away from their mounting points.
