How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit before internal checks.

External checks:

Remove and firmly reinsert the basket until it clicks into place.

Interlock and keypad:

Access the basket/door switch and test it with a multimeter for proper open/closed operation. Replace if defective.
