How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before removing the control panel.
Drying and cleaning:
- If the error appeared after cleaning, allow the unit to air dry for 24 hours in a warm, dry location.
- Remove the control panel bezel and inspect for moisture or residue behind the keypad. Gently clean with a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol if needed.
Keypad and board:
- Disconnect and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the UI board.
- If specific buttons remain unresponsive or always "pressed", replace the keypad/touch panel assembly.
- If a new keypad does not resolve the issue, the UI board may be defective and should be replaced.
