Steps:

• Check basket contents: Ensure no lightweight accessories or foil are being sucked into the fan airflow.
• Inspect fan area: Look through the top grill for any foreign objects or bent blades.
• Internal inspection: Remove the top cover to access the fan. Tighten the fan mounting nut or screw if loose. Carefully straighten slightly bent blades.
• Check mounting screws: Tighten screws on the heater bracket, fan motor bracket, and cavity supports.

If the fan blades are cracked or severely deformed, replace the fan blade or entire fan motor assembly.
