• Clean surface: Wipe the touch panel with a dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Dry thoroughly: If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, allow it to dry completely.
• Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes and reconnect.

Internal checks:

• Inspect the touch panel PCB and ribbon cable for damage.
• Reseat the ribbon cable at both ends.

If specific buttons remain unresponsive, replace the touch control panel. If the entire panel is dead but the display works, the touch controller or main board may be faulty.
