• Check external pipe: Inspect the condensate discharge pipe outside for blockages or freezing. Clear obstructions and thaw gently with warm water if frozen.
• Trap inspection: The internal condensate trap can become blocked with debris. An engineer can remove, clean, and refill it with water.
• Pipe fall: Ensure the condensate pipe runs downhill with no upward loops that can trap water and cause gurgling.
• Reset boiler: After clearing blockages, reset the boiler and check for normal operation.
