Attack
Condensate Drain / Level Fault
Boiler shows E13; may be related to condensate system malfunction.

Possible Causes
Blocked condensate trap on Attack condensing boiler, Frozen condensate discharge pipe, Incorrectly installed condensate pipework, Faulty condensate level sensor (if fitted)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Condensate is mildly acidic. Wear gloves and eye protection when handling.
Steps:
- Inspect condensate trap: Remove the condensate trap from the bottom of the Attack boiler. Empty and flush with clean water to remove sludge.
- Check condensate pipe: Follow the plastic pipe to its discharge point. Ensure it is not frozen, kinked, or blocked. Thaw gently with warm (not boiling) water if frozen.
- Reassemble and test: Refit the trap securely, ensuring seals are in place. Restore power and reset the boiler.
Technician: If E13 persists, a service engineer should check for internal condensate leaks or sensor faults.
