How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Only qualified personnel should change installer parameters.
Steps:
- Power cycle: Turn off power for 30 seconds, then restore and see if E17 clears.
- Check external controls: Disconnect any external room thermostats or OpenTherm controllers temporarily to see if the error disappears.
- Factory reset (if available): Some Attack models allow a factory reset of parameters via the installer menu. Refer to the manual.
Technician: If E17 persists, the PCB may need reprogramming or replacement by an Attack service center.
