Possible Causes
Stuck DHW flow turbine in Attack combi boiler, Blocked inlet filter on cold water connection, Faulty DHW flow sensor or Hall sensor, Wiring fault to PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Close the cold water inlet and relieve pressure before opening DHW components.
Steps:
- Clean inlet filter: Remove and clean the cold water inlet filter on the Attack combi boiler to restore proper flow.
- Inspect flow sensor: Locate the DHW flow sensor/turbine assembly. Remove it carefully and check for debris or limescale preventing rotation. Clean and reinstall.
- Check wiring: Ensure the sensor connector is firmly attached to the PCB and not corroded.
Technician: If E19 persists, the sensor or PCB may require replacement by a service engineer.
