Possible Causes
Low or unstable mains voltage, Faulty PCB power supply section, Loose electrical connections, Incorrect polarity or missing earth
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the isolator before removing the electrical cover.
- Check other appliances: If lights dim or other appliances behave erratically, there may be a supply issue. Contact your electricity provider.
- Inspect boiler isolator and plug: Ensure the fused spur or plug supplying the Biasi boiler is sound and the fuse is correct (typically 3A).
- Engineer tests: A technician should measure mains voltage at the boiler, check polarity and earth continuity, and inspect the PCB for signs of burning or damage.
- Replace PCB if required: If the power supply section is faulty, the main control board will need replacement and configuration to the boiler model.
