How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate power and allow the boiler to cool.
- Compare sensor readings: In diagnostic mode, compare flow, return, and DHW temperatures with actual measured values using a thermometer.
- Check sensor mounting: Ensure all NTC sensors are firmly attached to pipes or inserted in pockets with good thermal contact.
- Replace suspect sensors (technician): Any sensor with readings significantly different from actual temperature should be replaced.
- PCB check: If multiple new sensors still give inconsistent readings, the PCB analogue circuitry may be faulty and require replacement.
