• Review setpoints: Check boiler flow temperature setpoint and differential on the Danstoker controller. Increase differential within safe limits to reduce cycling.
• Check sensors: Ensure flow and return sensors are correctly installed and reading accurately.
• System volume: If the system has very low water volume, consider adding a buffer tank or enabling load management features.
• Burner modulation: Confirm that burner modulation is enabled and correctly tuned to match load.

Persistent short cycling may require a heating engineer to review system design and control strategy.
