Possible Causes
Defective flow sensor (NTC/PT100), Broken sensor wiring, Moisture ingress in sensor pocket, Loose connector at Danstoker controller
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power. Surfaces may be hot; allow to cool if necessary.
- Check sensor connection: Locate the flow temperature sensor on the boiler outlet. Verify the sensor is fully inserted in its pocket and the cable gland is tight.
- Test sensor: Disconnect and measure resistance. Compare to specification. Replace if faulty.
- Inspect cable: Look for mechanical damage or signs of overheating along the cable route to the controller.
- Controller check: If a new sensor does not clear E14, the controller input may be defective.
After repair, reset the controller and confirm stable temperature readings.
