How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not bypass safety devices. Isolate power before opening panels.
- Check emergency stop: Ensure any emergency stop buttons near the Danstoker boiler are released. Reset if tripped.
- Inspect safety thermostats: Locate manual reset safety thermostats on the boiler shell or flue. Once cooled, press reset buttons.
- Door interlocks: Confirm that boiler access doors are fully closed and that any door switches are engaged.
- Trace safety loop: Using the wiring diagram, check continuity through the safety chain from the controller. Repair any broken wires or replace faulty switches.
After restoring the safety loop, reset the controller. If E19 persists, the controller input may be defective.
