- 1. Verify DHW call: Run hot water at a faucet and confirm the Energy Manager shows a domestic hot water call.
- 2. Check DHW circulator: Feel the DHW circulator pump on the Energy Kinetics boiler. It should vibrate and get warm when running. If not, check wiring and fuses.
- 3. Inspect DHW zone valve (if used): Ensure the valve opens on a DHW call and that its end switch is operating.
If DHW PRIORITY LOCKOUT persists, the plate heat exchanger may be fouled or the DHW sensor may be faulty, requiring professional service.
