Safety: If you smell gas, close the gas valve, ventilate the area, and contact your gas supplier immediately.

User checks:

• Gas valve: Ensure the gas isolation valve under the boiler is fully open.
• Other appliances: Check if gas hobs or other appliances work. If none work, contact your gas supplier.
• Reset attempts: After a known gas interruption, you may need 2–3 resets to purge air. If A19 persists, stop resetting.

Technician actions:

• Check gas supply pressure and stability at the boiler inlet.
• Inspect the gas valve and ignition sequence.
• Verify correct operation of the main PCB during ignition.
