Safety: Turn off power before tightening any components.

• Tighten mounts: Check that the boiler is securely mounted to the wall or floor. Tighten any loose brackets or screws.
• Support piping: Add or adjust pipe hangers to prevent pipes from transmitting vibration into the structure.
• Check pump inlet pressure: Ensure system pressure is adequate to prevent pump cavitation (see pressure guidelines in manual).
• Fan inspection: If vibration seems to come from the fan, a technician should inspect the fan wheel for damage or imbalance.

Severe or worsening vibration should be evaluated by a professional to prevent damage to the heat exchanger or fan.
