Possible Causes

Loose communication cable between display and PCB, Faulty display board, Faulty main PCB, Electrical interference

Power cycle: Turn off power at the fused spur for 30 seconds, then restore. If the error persists, internal communication is likely faulty.
Check for moisture: Look for signs of condensation or leaks around the boiler casing. If present, turn off power and water and call an engineer immediately.
Engineer tasks: The engineer will inspect and reseat the communication cable, test the display board, and replace the display or main PCB as necessary.
