Possible Causes

Blown internal fuse, Faulty main PCB, Loose mains connection, Faulty on/off switch on boiler

Safety: Verify power is off at the isolator before opening the boiler. Electrical testing should be done by a competent person.

Steps:

Check the fuse in the fused spur and replace if blown with the correct rating.
If still dead, a technician should check the internal fuses on the PCB and replace only with identical types.
Inspect the mains terminal block and on/off switch for continuity.
If supply is present but the display remains blank, replace the main control PCB.
