How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not repeatedly reset a boiler that locks out; this can be unsafe.
Steps:
- Note any error codes displayed before reset and provide them to a technician.
- Ensure flue terminal and condensate pipe are clear.
- A technician should inspect and, if necessary, replace ignition and ionisation electrodes, check gas pressures, and test all NTC sensors and wiring.
- If no specific component fault is found, the main PCB may require replacement.
