Possible Causes

Scaled plate heat exchanger, Faulty DHW NTC sensor, Partially blocked DHW inlet filter, Incorrect gas rate or burner output

Safety: Risk of scalding if temperature suddenly increases. Test water carefully.

Steps:

Check that the cold inlet isolation valve is fully open and that inlet filters are clean.
Reduce the DHW flow rate at the tap to allow more heating per litre.
A technician should inspect and descale or replace the plate heat exchanger and verify correct gas rate and combustion.
Test and replace the DHW NTC sensor if readings are unstable.
