Possible Causes

Faulty Klimosz display module, Loose ribbon cable between UI and main PCB, Software lockup, Moisture ingress into control panel

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off power before disconnecting any control cables.

  • Power cycle: Turn off the boiler at the main switch for 30 seconds, then turn it back on to clear a temporary software lockup.
  • Inspect connections: Remove the front panel and check the ribbon cable or plug between the display and main PCB. Reseat firmly.
  • Check for moisture: Look for condensation or water behind the display. Dry carefully and address any leaks from above.
  • Module replacement: If the panel remains unresponsive, the display module may need replacement with a compatible Klimosz part.
