How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Surfaces may be hot. Allow cooling before touching pipework.
- Check controller settings: In the Klimosz menu, verify pump overrun time and ensure it is not set to continuous operation.
- Observe pump: Listen to determine if the pump runs even when there is no heat demand. If so, the control relay or wiring may be faulty.
- Inspect bypass: Check any internal or external bypass valves for correct setting. A fully open bypass can cause unwanted circulation.
- Check valves: Ensure check valves on circuits are functioning to prevent thermosiphon circulation when the boiler is off.
