Klimosz
Short Cycling / Oversized Output
Boiler starts and stops frequently (short cycling) even when heating demand is present.

Possible Causes
Boiler output set too high on Klimosz controller, Low water volume in system, Incorrect minimum run time settings, Faulty room thermostat placement
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Adjust only user-accessible settings unless you are qualified.
- Check thermostat location: Ensure the room thermostat is not near heat sources or in a draught, which can cause rapid on/off cycling.
- Adjust boiler power: In the Klimosz control menu, reduce the maximum heating output or adjust modulation settings according to the installation manual.
- Increase system volume: If the system is very small (few radiators), consider adding a buffer tank or additional radiator to increase water volume.
- Review control parameters: Some Klimosz controllers allow setting minimum burner on/off times. Increase these within recommended limits to reduce cycling.
