• Check manual gas valve: Ensure the gas cock under the boiler is fully open (handle parallel to the pipe).
• Inspect wiring: With power off, check the gas valve connectors for secure fit and no corrosion.
• Measure coil resistance: Use a multimeter to measure the gas valve coil resistance and compare with Klimosz specifications. Replace the valve if open-circuit.
• Reset boiler: After confirming gas supply and wiring, reset the boiler. If E15 persists, the gas valve or control board output is likely faulty.
• Professional adjustment: Any gas valve replacement or adjustment must be carried out by a certified Klimosz service technician with combustion analysis.
