How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the front panel or control cover.
- Check for lock mode: Some Lochinvar controls have a keypad lock feature. Refer to the manual to unlock the keypad if applicable.
- Inspect for moisture: Look for condensation or water around the control panel. Correct any leaks from above and allow the panel to dry completely.
- Check ribbon cable: Ensure the cable between the display/keypad and main board is fully seated and not damaged.
- Power cycle: Turn power off for 60 seconds, then restore and test keypad response.
