How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power before removing the front panel or control cover.

  • Check for lock mode: Some Lochinvar controls have a keypad lock feature. Refer to the manual to unlock the keypad if applicable.
  • Inspect for moisture: Look for condensation or water around the control panel. Correct any leaks from above and allow the panel to dry completely.
