Water is leaking from the bottom of the Noritz boiler cabinet.

Safety: Turn OFF power and close water and gas valves. Water leaks can damage electrical components.

• 1. Identify fluid type: Determine if the leak is clear condensate (often cool) or system water (may be hot and contain inhibitor).
• 2. Inspect relief valve: Check the pressure relief valve discharge pipe for dripping. If it is leaking, system pressure may be too high or the valve may be faulty.
• 3. Check unions and fittings: Look at all visible pipe connections under the boiler for drips. Gently tighten unions if slightly loose, but do not overtighten.
• 4. Condensate connections: Ensure condensate trap and hoses are properly seated and not cracked.
• 5. Professional repair: If the heat exchanger itself is leaking, it must be replaced by a Noritz technician.
