• Identify source: Use a flashlight to trace drips from above. Check circulator flanges, air vents, relief valve, and all threaded joints.
• Tighten fittings: Carefully tighten accessible unions and threaded connections without over-torquing.
• Replace gaskets: If a circulator flange or cleanout cover is leaking, replace the gasket.
• Check boiler block: If water seeps from between cast-iron sections, the boiler block may be compromised and require professional replacement.
