How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Isolate power before removing the front panel or control fascia.

Steps:

  • Inspect the control panel for signs of moisture or damage; dry carefully if damp.
  • Check the ribbon cable or connector between the display/interface and main PCB; reseat or replace if damaged.
  • If individual buttons are stuck, clean around them; if the keypad membrane is damaged, replace the control panel assembly.
  • If the interface still does not respond, the interface PCB or main PCB may need replacement.
