Boiler control shows normal operation but building does not heat adequately during very cold weather.

Steps:

• Review the boiler setpoint and maximum temperature limits in the Raypak control menu.
• If outdoor reset is enabled, verify the design temperatures and slope are appropriate for your climate and system.
• Check any mixing valves or thermostatic valves for correct settings.

If the boiler cannot maintain temperature even at maximum safe settings, a load calculation and system review by a heating contractor is recommended.
