• Locate outlet thermistor: This sensor is attached to the hot water or flow outlet pipe from the boiler.
• Verify physical contact: Ensure the thermistor is firmly clipped or inserted into the well on the outlet pipe for accurate temperature reading.
• Inspect wiring and connectors: Check for broken insulation, loose plugs, or corrosion at the sensor and control board ends.
• Reset and observe: Restore power, reset the boiler, and monitor operation. If error 32 returns, replace the outlet thermistor.
• Professional check: If a new thermistor does not resolve the issue, the control PCB may require replacement.
