Boiler condensate pipe dripping heavily or gurgling noises from condensate trap

Steps to check:

• Inspect the external condensate pipe for signs of freezing in cold weather; thaw gently with warm (not boiling) water if frozen.
• Ensure the condensate pipe runs with a continuous fall and is properly supported.
• With power off, remove and clean the condensate trap according to the Saunier Duval manual, rinsing out debris.
• Refit the trap, ensuring seals are correctly seated, and refill with clean water before restarting the boiler.
