How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power before touching the pump or opening any bleed screws.
Steps to check:
- Locate the circulation pump inside the boiler.
- On pumps with a front screw, carefully loosen the bleed screw (with a cloth ready) to release trapped air and check if the shaft turns.
- Gently turn the pump shaft with a screwdriver if it is stuck (power off).
- Ensure any system filter is clean and valves are open.
- Restore power, set pump to an appropriate speed, and reset the boiler.
Warning: Water may escape when bleeding the pump. Protect electrical components from moisture.
