How to Fix / Troubleshooting
User checks:
- Turn the boiler off at the mains for 1–2 minutes, then turn it back on to reset the interface.
- If the panel remains unresponsive, avoid pressing buttons repeatedly.
Technician checks:
- Inspect and reseat the ribbon cable between the control panel and main PCB.
- Check for signs of moisture or corrosion on the control panel PCB.
- Replace the user interface module / control panel if defective.
- If the fault persists, test the main PCB.
After replacement, reconfigure user settings as required.
